6. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if it is processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or internationally
- Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data
- Request erasure or destruction under the conditions set by law
- Request notification of such correction, erasure or destruction to third parties
- Object to a result arising from analysis by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

Applications must comply with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for the Application to the Data Controller. Your request will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature; where the procedure requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Board may be charged.
This notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and the related Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
